Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TweetBrain website and service. By using TweetBrain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

  1. 01Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use TweetBrain. If you use TweetBrain on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

  2. 02Access and billing

You can get started with a free first batch of drafts (no card needed). Free does not include ongoing daily generation, scheduling, or posting to X. Paid plans and lifetime licenses are charged through Polar. You will never be charged without agreeing at checkout. Lifetime means access while TweetBrain is operated, subject to fair-use limits — not unlimited API forever. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Features may evolve; material changes to paid access will be communicated clearly.

  3. 03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us right away at hello@tweet-brain.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

  4. 04AI-generated content

TweetBrain uses artificial intelligence to draft posts based on your inputs and public sources. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You agree that:

    • You review every draft before posting, and you are solely responsible for what you publish.
    • You will check facts, links, and claims before sharing them.
    • You will not present drafts in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.

Subject to these Terms, you own the content you create with TweetBrain, including drafts you edit and publish.

  5. 05Acceptable use

You agree not to use TweetBrain to:

    • Break any law, or violate the rules or terms of X or any other platform.
    • Create spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or manipulate engagement.
    • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
    • Publish harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
    • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
    • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
    • Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.
  6. 06Third-party platforms

TweetBrain is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. If you connect or publish to X or any other third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make that affect TweetBrain.

  7. 07Our intellectual property

TweetBrain, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

  8. 08Privacy

Your use of TweetBrain is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

  9. 09Suspension and termination

You can stop using TweetBrain and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

  10. 10Disclaimers

TweetBrain is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular results, such as followers, engagement, or reach.

  11. 11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweetBrain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

  12. 12Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify TweetBrain against any claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from content you publish, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

  13. 13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as TweetBrain evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use TweetBrain after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

  14. 14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TweetBrain is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
