Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TweetBrain ("TweetBrain," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our service. By using TweetBrain, you agree to the practices described here.

  1. 01Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run TweetBrain:

    • Contact and signup information. Your email address if you previously joined our waitlist or contact us.
    • Account and profile information. Once you have access, the intake answers you give us (such as your niche, interests, and tone), the accounts whose style you choose, and your feedback on drafts (likes, edits, and discards).
    • Usage and device data. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically when you use the site.
    • Communications. Anything you send us by email, such as support requests or feedback.

We do not ask for access to your email inbox, and we do not collect payment card details directly.

  2. 02How we use your information

    • To contact you about access, product updates, and support if you have given us your email.
    • To generate post drafts in your voice and improve them based on your feedback.
    • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
    • To send product updates and service announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
    • To respond to your questions and support requests.
    • To prevent abuse, fraud, and spam, and to comply with legal obligations.
  3. 03Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, we process your information based on your consent (for example, contacting us or creating an account), to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving TweetBrain), and to comply with legal obligations.

  4. 04How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

    • With service providers that help us run TweetBrain, such as hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, and AI model providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
    • When you choose to connect or publish to a third-party platform such as X. Content you post there is governed by that platform's own policies.
    • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TweetBrain, our users, or others.
    • As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  5. 05Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, and analytics tools to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

  6. 06Data retention

We keep previously collected waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them. We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after you close your account, unless we need to keep it longer to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

  7. 07Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and strict access controls on our database. Waitlist emails cannot be read through our public interface. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  8. 08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
    • Delete your information, including any previously collected waitlist email.
    • Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time.
    • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
    • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tweet-brain.com. We will respond within 30 days.

  9. 09International data transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information when it is transferred.

  10. 10Children's privacy

TweetBrain is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

  11. 11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above shows when this policy was last revised.
