Refund Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This page explains how refunds work for TweetBrain. We aim to be fair — and we cannot absorb heavy API use followed by a refund.
01Free trial
Your first draft batch is free and does not require a card. There is nothing to refund for free usage. Free drafts stay editable; generating more, scheduling, and posting need a paid plan.
02Subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly)
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if usage stayed low enough that our costs remained limited. All of the following must be true:
- At most 1 paid generation batch after your free batch
- 0 posts successfully published to X through TweetBrain
- At most 3 scheduled jobs created
If any post went live on X via our posting pipeline, we cannot refund — we already paid platform API costs. After day 7: cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for; we do not offer prorated cash-back.
03Lifetime license
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for product access while TweetBrain is operated, subject to fair-use limits (including daily draft and post caps). It is not a promise of unlimited API usage at a fixed cost forever.
The same 7-day window and usage gates apply (≤1 paid generation batch, 0 posts to X, ≤3 scheduled jobs). After day 7, or after posts go live on X, lifetime purchases are not refundable — scarcity and one-time pricing are the trade.
04Short version
7-day refund if you barely used posting and generation. No refund after posts go live on X.
05How to request a refund
Email hello@tweet-brain.com with your account email and Polar order details within 7 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Polar; we may need Polar's confirmation to complete a refund. See also our Terms.
